Today was a deeply sacred, meaningful, and memorable occasion for the United Sherpa Association (USA) Inc. – Sherpa Kyidug America, New York, as our community had the great honor of welcoming H.E. Khenpo Sange Rangjung Rinpoche to Sherpa Lhapso Land in Wallkill, New York.
H.E. Khenpo Sange Rangjung Rinpoche graciously bestowed a special blessing upon the community, offering prayers for peace, good health, prosperity, harmony, and the well-being of all sentient beings. The occasion also included the sacred Lungta and Sang-Serkyem Puja, followed by the distribution of blessed offerings (Chilap) to devotees and community members in attendance.
We extend our deepest respect and sincere gratitude to Khenpo Pemchhiri Sherpa, Khenpo Nagwang Tsondu, and Dr. Yula Sherpa, as well as to H.E. Khenpo Sange Rangjung Rinpoche’s relatives and family members, for their gracious presence, support, and participation in this special religious gathering.
Our special appreciation goes to United Sherpa Association (USA) Inc. Advisor Ani Gelmu and Au Lhakpa for generously arranging and sponsoring breakfast and tea for the program.
We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to H.E. Khenpo Sange Rangjung Rinpoche’s relatives and entire family for their generous support in providing lunch and tea, which contributed greatly to the success and hospitality of the occasion.
We sincerely thank the Chair of the Board of Trustees, members of the Board of Trustees, Executive Committee officers and members of the United Sherpa Association (USA) Inc., volunteers, supporters, devotees, distinguished guests, and all community members who attended and contributed to this meaningful gathering.
